Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registering, browsing profiles and sending or answering interests are free. The only purchase on Maha MangalGath is a pack of contact unlocks, bought in the Android app. This page sets out our cancellation and refund rules. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
1. No subscription, nothing to cancel
There are no subscriptions, plans or automatic renewals. You are charged only when you buy a pack, and never again unless you choose to buy another.
2. Contact packs are not refundable
- A pack is added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds, so a completed purchase cannot be cancelled.
- Contacts you buy are not refundable, whether you have used them or not. Once a pack has been added to your account, the money paid for it is not returned.
- Contacts you buy never expire. Unused contacts stay in your account until you use them.
3. When no contact is used
No contact is taken from your balance when you open a contact you have already unlocked, or when the unlock cannot be completed: the profile has been deleted or suspended, one of you has blocked the other, or the member has declined your interest.
If a member declines your interest after you unlocked their contact, their mobile number and email are no longer shown to you, out of respect for their decision. The contact used for that unlock is not returned.
4. Money deducted, contacts not added
- Sometimes a bank or UPI app confirms a payment late. The app checks again, and the contacts are added automatically once the payment is confirmed. Open the Payment tab to see them.
- If money was deducted and the contacts were not added, write to support@mahamangalgath.in within 7 days with the date, the amount and the email address of your account, and we will add the contacts to your account.
- If the same order was paid twice, only one payment buys the contacts. The extra payment is returned to the same UPI account, card, bank account or wallet; banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
5. Payments through Google Play
Payments made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's own refund policy, which Google applies to every app on Google Play.
6. Closing your account
If you delete your account, any unused contacts are lost with it, so use them first. A balance lost because an account was removed for breaking the Terms of Use is not refunded.
