Maha MangalGath is an online matrimony service for Indian families, based in Maharashtra, India. It helps families and individuals find a life partner through an Android app: members create a profile, search for suitable matches, send interests, and contact each other's families when they are ready.

What we do

• Members create a profile for themselves, or for a son, daughter or relative with that person's knowledge.
• Families search by the details that matter to them: age, height, marital status, religion, community and caste, mother tongue, native district, education, profession and income.
• Members send interests to each other and accept or decline them. This is free.
• A member who wants to speak to a family unlocks that member's contact (mobile number and email). This is the only paid part of the service. See Pricing.

How we keep it genuine

• Every member verifies their email address before their profile appears in search.
• Photos are checked, and any profile can be reported or blocked. Every report reaches us.
• Mobile numbers, emails and surnames are shown only to members who unlock that contact.
• Screenshots of the app are blocked, so profiles and photos stay inside the app.
• The service is for adults of legal marriageable age in India: 21+ for men and 18+ for women.

What we are not

Maha MangalGath is a matrimonial service. It is not a dating or friendship service. We introduce members; we do not arrange marriages and cannot guarantee a match.
