Shipping and Delivery Policy

Maha MangalGath is an online service. Nothing is shipped: everything you buy is delivered digitally, inside the Android app, to the account you bought it with.

1. What is delivered

A pack of contact unlocks. Each unlock shows one member's mobile number and email address in the app. See Pricing for the packs and their prices.

2. When it is delivered

• The contacts are added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a few seconds. Your balance is shown in the app's Payment tab.
• When you unlock a member's contact, their mobile number and email appear on their profile at once.
• If your bank or UPI app is still processing the payment, the contacts are added as soon as it is confirmed. Open the Payment tab again after a few minutes.

3. Where the service is available

The service is offered in India, and prices are in Indian rupees. The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.

4. If something goes wrong

If money was deducted and the contacts did not reach your account, write to support@mahamangalgath.in within 7 days with the date, the amount and the email address of your account, and we will add the contacts to your account, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
